Eugene, beekeeper:

Eugene is an officially registered seller, he doesn’t have a specific name for his small business but if people go there and ask for honey he sells it. He gains honey all summer long and during a bit of spring. Sometimes more than 100 kg of honey a day, so he sells to everybody who wants it and everybody in the area knows him. There is a sign by the road indicating that he sells honey, all year long. In the past he was sponsored by the EU.

Neta, shepherd and cheese maker:

She is up in the mountains with the goat and the sheep from April/March until October/November. Her main occupation, she produces a lot of cheese, which she sells to a local guy who takes it to markets and other people.
